Welcome to our world of fantastic pour-over coffee! Get ready for a journey filled with rich coffee aromas and brewing adventures. Before your eagerly awaited Hand brewed coffee pot set set arrives, let’s dive into the details of our shipping policy to make this waiting game more enjoyable.

1. Delivery time:

We know you’re eager to perfect your pouring technique. However, our standard delivery time is 2-7 business days to get the pour-over coffee maker set to your hands.
If you have not received our hand-brewed coffee pot set more than 7 business days after placing the order, please contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson at [email protected], and we will provide you with a full refund, or contact the logistics company Ship your products faster.

2. Order processing time

We know you’re excited! Your hand brewed coffee pot set will be processed within 1-2 business days after you click the checkout button. Fast and furious, just like your morning coffee habit!

Our service hours are 10:00AM-6:00PM (CST) from Monday to Friday. If your order is placed after 6 pm on Friday, we will process it after 10 am on Monday. We will not process orders on weekends. 

3. Transportation services

We work with our reliable shipping partner, FedEx Ground, to ensure your hand brewed coffee pot set arrives safe and sound. Shipping times typically range from 1-5 business days, we trust them and you should too – they are truly delivery MVPs!

4. Shipping costs

We currently only sell our hand brewed coffee pot set sets in the continental United States, and we charge a $5 shipping fee on all orders.

5. Order tracking

After you successfully pay for your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order tracking information so that you can promptly check the magical journey of your hand brewed coffee pot set from us to your doorstep!

6.About taxation

We do not charge sales or other taxes. However, if your place of residence or place of purchase imposes sales tax on your hand brewed coffee pot set, you are responsible for paying those taxes.

7.About packaging

We use a sturdy outer box to ensure the pour-over coffee maker set is durable enough to prevent damage.
Pearl cotton is placed inside the box to absorb shock and vibration. Make sure the pour-over coffee maker set is securely installed inside the box to avoid movement during transport.
The product description, instructions for use, return label, and any accessories (such as filter paper, stir sticks, etc.) are neatly placed in the packaging to make it easier for customers to access relevant information.

8. Packaging inspection

Once your hand brewed coffee pot set arrives, it’s unboxing time! Consider it a gift and examine it thoroughly. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging and return label when signing for delivery. You will need them if you need to return or exchange the goods later.

1.How to cancel my order?

You have the option to cancel your order by accessing the account orders details.
We recommend initiating order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond this time frame we will enter the packaging process and cancellations are no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding.

If your initial cancellation attempt within the first hour is unsuccessful, please contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in canceling your order within 24 hours. Thanks.

Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount (including $5 shipping fee) will be refunded to your personal account within 2 business days.

2. Can I modify my order information after placing an order?

Due to the speed with which orders are processed, we recommend that you check your personal information before placing your order.
If you need to modify the orders information after successful payment, please modify your order information directly on the order details page within 1 hour after placing the order.
If the order has not been shipped 1 hour after the order was placed, please contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson immediately: [email protected]. We will assist you in modifying your personal information. Once the modification is successful, you will receive a new confirmation email containing your latest information.
If your order is in the shipping stage and the information cannot be modified at this time, we will try our best to contact the logistics company. If the address information cannot be modified, we will re-ship the same product to you and recall the previous package.

We reserve the right to adjust our shipping policies slightly, but don’t worry! We’ll notify you of any changes as smoothly as you brew your morning coffee.
