Return Policy

Welcome to read our return policy. We understand the uncertainty that can arise when shopping, which is why a return agreement exists. We’re committed to giving you the best shopping experience, including providing a clear, fair policy when you need to return or exchange an item. Please read the following agreement in detail to understand our return process, exchange process and the warranty policy we provide to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.

Return process

1. Return conditions and return shipping charges

1) The pour-over coffee pot set is in original condition or lightly used, with no obvious signs of human damage. Return shipping costs are borne by the user.
2) The pour-over coffee pot set is damaged during transportation or has manufacturing defects, such as broken glass, sealing problems, damaged seams, etc. Return shipping costs are borne by mushroomcoffeeday.com.
3) If you receive the wrong hand-brewed coffee pot set, the return shipping fee will be borne by mushroomcoffeeday.com. Of course, if you still need the correct product, you can exchange it. For details, please see our exchange content below.
4) When returning the product, all accessories, instruction manuals, return labels and other related gifts must be sent back together.

2. Return validity period

Customers must apply for return within 7 natural days after receiving the hand-brewed coffee pot set.

3. Return process:

1) Within 7 natural days after receipt, send a return request to [email protected] and contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson.
2) Please return the pour-over coffee pot set in its original packaging to: 190 Overland Rd Apt 10, Montevallo, Alabama, 35115-4926. Don’t forget to include the return label in the original packaging to make it easier for us to process your return (the return label is included in the package).
3) After shipping your return, please send a return notification email to [email protected] with the shipping company name and tracking number.
4) Once we receive your returned pour-over coffee maker set, we will initiate the refund process and the refund will be returned to your original account within 1-2 business days.

4. Return shipping fee

1) We will cover the return shipping costs only if the pour-over coffee maker set has a manufacturing defect or is damaged in transit.
2) If the customer chooses to exchange the product for personal reasons,  the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Return shipping costs will be refunded to the original account within 1-2 business days, please be patient.

Exchange Agreement

1. Exchange conditions:

The pour-over coffee maker set received had a manufacturing defect.
The pour-over coffee pot set received does not match the order description, such as receiving the wrong pour-over coffee pot set.
The hand-brewed coffee pot set can only be exchanged for similar products.
Note: The exchanged hand-brewed coffee pot set must be sent back in the original packaging, including all accessories, instructions, documents and other gifts.

2. Time limit for exchange application:

Customers must contact Kimberly Wesson at [email protected] within 7 natural days after receiving the pour-over coffee set to request an exchange.

3. Exchange process:

1) Please return the pour-over coffee maker set in the original packaging to: 190 Overland Rd Apt 10, Montevallo, Alabama, 35115-4926.
2) After sending the return, please email the shipping company name and tracking number to [email protected] so that we can follow up in time.
3) Once we receive your returned pour-over coffee set, we will send out a new pour-over coffee set within 2 business days.

4. Exchange freight:

We will cover the exchange shipping costs only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if the wrong pour-over coffee set was shipped.
If the customer chooses to exchange the product for personal reasons, the exchange shipping fee will be borne by the customer.

Warranty Policy

1. Warranty period:

The hand-brewed coffee maker set has a 12-month warranty from the date of receipt.

2. Warranty scope:

This warranty only applies to failure or damage caused by manufacturing defects.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:
1) Problems caused by accidental damage, abuse, improper use or unauthorized repair.
2) Damage caused by normal wear and tear and daily use is also not covered by the warranty.

3. Warranty service:

During the warranty period, if the product cannot be repaired, we will provide a replacement of equal value.
If a replacement is not available, we will provide another suitable alternative or provide a full refund.

4. Warranty process:

1) During the warranty period, if the customer finds a problem with the hand-brewed coffee pot set, he should immediately contact Kimberly Wesson via email at [email protected]. We will provide a detailed repair plan or replacement plan. The repair plan will inform the user of the specific approximate repairs. duration.
2) If the customer accepts our repair plan or replacement plan, please package the product carefully and send it back to 190 Overland Rd Apt 10, Montevallo, Alabama, 35115-4926. And send the shipping company name and tracking number to [email protected] so that we can track the package in a timely manner.
3) After receiving the hand-brewed coffee pot set that needs repair, we will send you an email to inform you and start the repair immediately.

5. Transportation costs:

The customer is responsible for delivering the product to the designated service center.
We will cover return shipping costs for the repaired or replacement pour-over coffee maker set.

Other frequently asked questions about returns

1.About canceling orders

You have the option to cancel your order by accessing the account orders details.
We recommend initiating order cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond this time frame we will enter the packaging process and cancellations are no longer possible. We appreciate your understanding.

If your initial cancellation attempt within the first hour is unsuccessful, please contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson immediately at [email protected]. We will assist you in canceling your order within 24 hours. Thanks.

Upon successful cancellation, the full order amount (including $5 shipping fee) will be refunded to your personal account within 2 business days.

2.Do we charge a secondary listing fee?

Please be assured that we do not charge secondary listing fees.
