Steps to place an order for a pour-over coffee maker set:

1. Browse products: Browse our pour-over coffee maker sets on the homepage or product page to learn about the features and specifications of each product.

2. Select the product: Choose the hand-brewed coffee pot set you like. At this time, you have two ways to buy it.
1) Click the “Add to Cart” button on the product page and go to the shopping cart page to pay.
2) On the details page of your favorite hand-brewed coffee pot set, you can enter the quantity you want to purchase, and then click the “Paypal” button. Just skip to step 5 to enter PayPal‚Äôs secure payment platform.

3. View the shopping cart: Confirm the product you selected, click the shopping cart icon to view the contents of your shopping cart.

4. Checkout: Click the “Checkout” button and you will be directed to the checkout page. On this page, you can fill in your shipping information and select your payment method.

5. Payment: On the payment page, choose to pay with PayPal. After clicking “Continue”, you will be directed to PayPal’s secure payment platform.

6. Confirm order: On the PayPal page, you can confirm order details and payment information. After completing payment, you will be automatically redirected back to our website.

7. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email with order details and estimated shipping time.

Problems you may encounter when paying

Q: Can I use other payment methods?

A: Currently we only support PayPal for payment to ensure that your payment information is safe and reliable.

Q: Can I change the order information of an already placed order?

A: Due to the speed with which orders are processed, we recommend that you check your personal information before placing your order.
If you need to modify the orders information after successful payment, please modify your order information directly on the order details page within 1 hour after placing the order.
If the order has not been shipped 1 hour after the order was placed, please contact our customer service Kimberly Wesson immediately: [email protected]. We will assist you in modifying your personal information. Once the modification is successful, you will receive a new confirmation email containing your latest information.
If your order is in the shipping stage and the information cannot be modified at this time, we will try our best to contact the logistics company. If the address information cannot be modified, we will re-ship the same product to you and recall the previous package.

Q: How do I track my order?

Q: Do you offer international shipping?

A: Sorry, we currently only sell in the continental United States, so international shipping is not supported.
